Corporate and Insolvency Law Policy Page

The Corporate and Insolvency Law Policy Directorate is a part of the Corporate Governance Branch of Industry Canada. It is responsible for the review and revision of insolvency and corporate laws. This site includes links to relevant corporate statutes and full-text of discussion papers that were prepared in 1994 to identify and address the major problems with the CBCA. New sources include papers on the reform of the Canada Corporations Act , and bankruptcy and insolvency laws.
