Administrative Law Administrative law includes legislation, common law principles and rulings of administrative bodies. The last century has seen an increase in the delegation by government to specialist administrative bodies to regulate and administer various public activities. Two Canadian examples of such administrative bodies include the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and the Ontario Human Rights Commission. CanadaAdministrative Law (Jurist Canada) This page offers syllabi, readings lists, and links to Canadian law schools that have on-line course materials on administrative law. Jurist also has law school course pages on administrative law from other countries, including the United States. United StatesABA Administrative Procedures Database This site is described as being designed to "facilitate the exchange of information about federal and state administrative law among legislators, lawyers, hearing officers, judges, and citizens" and contains links to federal and state Administrative Procedure Acts (APA), reform proposals, and organizational and other resources.
